We use world class uptime monitoring platform pingdom.com to monitor your site and then add our 15 years of internet experience on top of it.

Emergency response:
Each month includes 1 hour of time to help you get your site back online, should it become unavailable. We will furnish you with the information you need, or work directly with your providers to get it fixed. Extra time is charged at our standard hourly rate, and time does not accumulate month to month.
Simple check:
First we check your home page is working, by looking for some unique information on the website, like your brand name or Google Analytics ID. This way, we can not only check the server is responding, but the correct content is being served.

Detailed check:
You may have specific pages on your site that are critical to your business. We can run an automated test on these (like a shopping cart transaction) to ensure that any code alterations have not broken that key process.
Alerting:
We will be alerted as soon as there is an issue on your site. Some issues only last for a few minutes and resolve themselves. Anything longer than that and we are alerted and can contact you to help you resolve the issue with your hosting provider.
If you choose, we can also alert you via SMS, email or a Twitter direct message to ensure you are also in the loop.
